training : jog > warm-up > jog bases ( cool ) > throw&catch > kneel&throw > weights in gym ( fun )
& thn dismiss ! go AMKhub w Sotong , Banana & Rabbit .
AMKhub : makan @ foodfare > 7-eleven > Library > playground .
Rabbit left us after we go 7-eleven (:
after we go playground , we go home ald .
Sotong went off herself .. she got direct from thr -.-
